UK traditional television viewing declines

Traditional television viewing in the United Kingdom fell for the second consecutive year. Viewing of television channels at the time they are transmitted is down half an hour a day since 2010. It still accounts for an average of nearly three and a quarter hours a day and represents the vast majority of all viewing. Usage of digital video recorders is increasing but may be under represented in ratings reports. On average people use the television for over half an hour a day that is not accounted for by ratings reports. So they may actually be watching more television programming than they were a decade ago, as informitv explains.http://informitv.com/2015/08/09/uk-traditional-television-viewing-declines/
