London Calls On BBC India

India (May 11, 2012) - BBC Entertainment is creating 100 hours of fresh programming in a bid to woo Indian audiences and advertises ahead of the London 2012 Olympics.

After finding success with the live streaming of the Royal Wedding in India last year, the channel is exploring more options.

To be housed under the "London Calling" umbrella, the fresh content, packaged into a season, will be aired 19 May onwards.

Showcasing the spirit of London, the content line-up will include royal documentaries like The House of Windsor: A Royal Dynasty and The Diamond Queen, and fictional programming such as Sherlock and Luther.
