Hong Kong Broadcasting Authority presents survey findings

Broadcasting Authority - The Broadcasting Authority released findings showing that 35.8% of the free TV viewers had come across offensive materials. The Authority is planning to work with a local university on a research study on the benchmarks relating to the use of language in broadcasting.
