Regional - FOX One Stop Media's Simeon Dawes on how diffusing media budget across Asia is affecting regional broadcasters.

Dawes said he has observed a trend of decentralising advertising budgets in Asia over the past six months, as more and more brands understand a multi-market strategy and reinforce localisation.

This would be limiting for pure-play pan-regional broadcasters as the regional advertising budget would "only be so big", he said.

Earlier this month, Turner announced a regional restructure to take a more localised focus.
