Kantar Media Rolls Out TV Audience Data App

Kantar Media is rolling out an app version of its InfoSys+ TV audience analysis service, allowing broadcast audience data to be viewed on mobile devices.

The app promises 24-hour access to key figures, with more in-depth and granular analysis available via the desktop version. This includes overnight TV ratings information, top-level historical analysis of specific programmes and channels for comparison, and users can also set up pre-defined reports.

Kantar says the app will ensure ‘that critical audience information is available for broadcasters’ creative and scheduling teams, as well as media and planning agencies, to act on immediately.’

Sergio Stradolini, Global Client Software Director at Kantar Media Audiences, says that for many businesspeople the mobile is now the screen they access ‘first thing, and then most often during the day’.
