2014: Ecosystem for ad revenue growth has improved

December 30, 2014 - The good news is that consumer sentiment and the country's GDP are on the rise. Inflation is lowering steadily, resulting in a higher availability of money. A direct result of all this is an increase in disposable income which translates into higher ad volumes and thus ad revenue. Ashish Sehgal As ad revenue is estimated to grow at 14.5 per cent to touch Rs 42,500 crore (Rs 425 billion), led by digital and radio, television is also expected to grow by 14.9 per cent.
