James Ross is the CEO of Lightning International, the MD of TRACE Asia-Pacific, and Founder of FORMATS ASIA. James worked for the BBC and Bloomberg Television for many years, before moving to ITV in 2006. The role involved establishing ITV’s Asian business, developing a profitable syndication unit, launching ITV formats in China and India, and creating the ITV Choice TV channel. James launched Lightning International in 2011, and the company is focused on creating and distributing TV channels, programmes, and formats.
