James Ross
James Ross is the CEO of Lightning International, the MD of TRACE Asia-Pacific, and Founder of FORMATS ASIA. James worked for the BBC and Bloomberg Television for many years, before moving to ITV in 2006. The role involved establishing ITV’s Asian business, developing a profitable syndication unit, launching ITV formats in China and India, and creating the ITV Choice TV channel. James launched Lightning International in 2011, and the company is focused on creating and distributing TV channels, programmes, and formats. Lightning currently represents many brands including TRACE, Mezzo Live HD, Blink TV, Banijay, The Group Entertainment, Active TV, Imagine Group, Australia Channel, RTHK, TV Asahi, and many others.

Marcel Fenez
Marcel Fenez provides specialist advisory services to a range of organisations operating in the entertainment and media value chain. He was responsible for establishing the PwC Hong Kong Entertainment, Media and Communications Group in 1995 and was the Global Leader of PwC’s Entertainment and Media Practice from 2007-15. He is now a Senior Global Advisor to the practice. He was the winner of the ITechLaw Association's (formerly Computer Law Association) Travelling Fellowship Award 2011 as a part of which he worked at six European firms specializing in TMT. He is currently the Chair of ITechLaw Substantive Law committee on Interactive Entertainment & Media and is on the board of directors of the ITechLaw. He has been recognized in the Who’s Who Legal Telecommunication, Media and Technology. He is also the founder of the production house Iceskating in Tropics.
