During the August 3rd OTT Group Webinar, both Matt Pollins and Andrew Stott provided some free legal advice to group members. Matt covered discussed the three main areas when negotiating OTT rights: defining OTT, the scope of rights to be purchased or sold and technology requirements. Andrew Stott then provided an update of OTT investments and M&A transactions in Asia.
