Eurosport to broadcast Italy – England friendly match the morning of 1 April in Asia Pacific
After England thrashed Lithuania 4-0 on Friday in the UEFA EURO 2016 qualifying rounds, Wayne Rooney is only within two goals of Sir Bobby Charlton’s England record of 49. He may create history tomorrow morning in the Italy vs England friendly at Juventus Stadium, Turin which will be shown live on Eurosport at 2:45 a.m. (KUL/SIN/HKG) and 1.45 a.m. (BKK/JKT).
Eurosport will broadcast the match live in Asia Pacific in 16 countries*. The deal, which features exclusive coverage in 14 countries including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, demonstrates Eurosport’s increasing focus in the Asia-Pacific region and its continued investment in live sporting events.
Eurosport has also acquired the live exclusive rights of the match in 33 countries in Europe.
