(NYSE: DLB) announced today that SingTel will use Dolby® Digital Plus™ technology to deliver cinema-quality surround sound on Mio TV, its IPTV platform. SingTel is broadcasting in Dolby Digital Plus to enhance the audio quality of premium content such as Star Chinese Movies HD, Fox Action Movies HD, and National Geographic Channel HD.
