NEW YORK/SINGAPORE (March 5, 2015) — Pooja Nirmal Kant has been promoted to Director, International Content Sales, Asia at A+E Networks®. The announcement was made by Glen Hansen, Vice President, International Content Sales, Asia-Pacific, to whom she reports.
Based in Singapore, Ms. Kant oversees content distribution across Southeast Asia, with a focus on driving sales for A+E Networks’ growing scripted catalogue throughout the region. In addition, Ms. Kant will continue to manage and grow A+E Networks’ client base and relationships in the marketplace.
Ms. Kant joined A+E Networks in 2013 as Senior Manager, International Content Sales, Asia. Previously, she served as Assistant Manager in the sales development division at The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) Pte. Limited. Prior to that, she worked for NBC Universal International Television Distribution as a Sales Coordinator for the Asia market.
