FIC Expands Michael Dick’s Aquisitions Role to Cover APAC & ME

FIC-NEW-LOGO-123APRIL 13, 2015 – HONG KONG – FOX International Channels (FIC) announced today that the network has expanded Michael Dick’s role as Vice President of Acquisitions from overseeing Hong Kong & Southeast Asia to now covering all of Asia Pacific and the Middle East, effective immediately.

Michael is responsible for acquiring content for FIC’s portfolio of entertainment channels across the region, which includes network’s US series channels FOXCrime, FX, and its flagship property FOX; Hollywood movie channels FOX Movies Premium, FOX Family Movies and FOX Action Movies; and female-targeted GE channel StarWorld. His remit will also include securing lifestyle content for the National Geographic channel brands. He will work in conjunction with each channel’s programming head and each market’s general manager on FIC’s overarching content acquisition strategy for the region and execution of deals.

For his expanded APAC and Middle East responsibilities, Michael reports into Joon Lee, who holds a dual role of Executive Vice President of Content & Communications for Asia Pacific & the Middle East, and Managing Director for Hong Kong & Southeast Asia.
