March 3, 2015 – HONG KONG – FOX International Channels (FIC) has acquired the highly-anticipated series Battle Creek, a new show helmed by the creators of Breaking Bad and House, M.D., and is being carried by FIC’s flagship entertainment channel, FOX. FIC signed a deal with Sony Pictures Television for Battle Creek to be shown on FOX across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, where the premiere episode of the series aired last night on March 2, 2015, day & date with the US.
Battle Creek is the latest brainchild of Vince Gilligan, creator of the hit show Breaking Bad, and David Shore, creator of the ground breaking series House M.D. , and chronicles the exploits of police detective Russ Agnew and FBI agent Milton Chamberlain in Battle Creek, Michigan. Agnew and Chamberlain, played by actors Dean Winters and Josh Duhamel, respectively, make unlikely partners who have to combine their different skill sets to battle crime successfully. Besides featuring Winters and Duhamel as the two strong leads, Battle Creek also has a robust supporting cast that includes Kal Penn (House, Harold & Kumar film franchise), Janet McTeer (Damages) and Aubrey Dollar (Guiding Light). Battle Creek is produced by Sony Pictures Television in association with CBS Television Studios.

Viewers of FOX were the first in the region to witness the birth of a new hit show when Battle Creek premiered last night on March 2, 2015 at 9:50 PM in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia. This Hong Kong and Southeast Asia premiere aired just 10 hours after the show’s US premiere on CBS on March 1, while FOX in the Philippines will premiere Battle Creek on March 3, 2015 at 8:55 PM, within 48 hours of the US airing. FOX will continue to air all 13 one-hour episodes of Battle Creek in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia on Mondays at 9:50 PM, and in the Philippines on Tuesdays at 8:55 PM. Meanwhile, Battle Creek will also premiere on FOX in Taiwan in April 2015.
