The system makes it easy for the cable operators to upgrade to future services and business models such as multi-device and broadband content delivery. Bhagyanagar Digital Services is a large consortium of cable TV operators based in Hyderabad, the capital of Andhra Pradesh, which is the fifth most populous state in India.
